Assistant
Terranova and Associates is an accounting firm located in Danvers, MA. We are looking for a part time office assistant. We are seeking an individual who is:

The responsibilities that come with this role are as follows:

Meet and greet visitors/clients
-
Answer multi-line phone system and address/forward the calls per protocol
-
Schedule appointments
-
Collect and distribute mail
-
Errands- Such as going to the post office and bank
-
Restocking supplies
-
Scan and file documents per office protocol
-
Maintain a clean and neat lobby space
-
Maintaining office supply levels
-
Data entry
-
Assist office manager as well as other staff

Skills Required:
​
*Comfortable with a computer is a must*
​
- Experience/knowledge with Microsoft Suite products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
​
- Ability to work with Adobe Professional
​
- Be able to handle a multi-line phone system
​
Experience with QuickBooks, ProSystem FX Tax is a plus
